How long until my order ships?
We process orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 14 business days after that.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@amoretsleep.com as soon as possible. If it has not shipped, we will change or cancel it. Once it is on its way, you can return it instead.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is $6.95, and free on orders over $79. Any duties or import charges are set by your own country and are not included at checkout.

Sizing and fit

Which size should I take?
Take your usual size. Our full measurements are on the size guide. If you are between sizes or like more room to sleep in, size up.

Do the sets run small?
Rosalie and Fleurette are relaxed. Amour is generous. Cerise and Camille are slim-fit with stretch, so size up if you prefer a looser feel.

Can I buy the top and bottom separately?
Not at the moment. Every set is sold as a pair.

What size are the sleep masks?
One size, with an adjustable strap that fits all head sizes.

Discounts

Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes. Add any 2 items to your cart and 15% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Care

How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Skip the tumble dryer and they will stay soft far longer.

Will the print fade?
Not if you wash cold and dry flat. Heat is what dulls a print, not washing.

Returns

What is your return window?
30 days from delivery, on unworn items with tags attached. Returns are free and refunded as store credit. Full details on the shipping and returns page.

How do I exchange for another size?
Return the original for store credit and place a new order. It is the fastest route.
